She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyttle Caudill and Cena Cornett Caudill; her husband John Phillip Pratt; and her siblings, Amanda, Zell, Vesta, Marge, Jim, Dale and Wilder.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Farler (JR), Denise Pratt, Dede White (Raymond), John L. Pratt (Glenna), Earl "Scooter" Pratt (Tanya), Joey Pratt (Brenda) and Deon Pratt (Allison); her sister Gloria Fields; her sisters-in-law, Carol Combs and Audrey Caudill; her grandchildren, JJ (Ashley), Brent (Liz), Emily (Brian), Christy, John (Makayla), Kelsey (Greg), Jenna, Jayme and Jaya; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Holden and Millie Grace. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
