She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Dials; her daughter Donna Dials Maggard (Rick); her siblings, Molinda Combs, Geneva Jeffers, Powell Caudill, Tommy Caudill and James Caudill; her grandchildren, Lacey Osborne (Chris) and Austin Strong (Makenzie Roark); and her great grandchildren, Landry Osborne and Rhett Osborne.
