She is survived by: her children, Charlene "Sis" Rookard (Kevin), Kiaria "KeKe" Cody, William Cody (Aimee) of Viper, KY, Randall Cody (Dawn), Anthony Cody of Viper, KY and Tyler Cody of Viper, KY; her siblings, Mary Smith, Ed Slone and Ted Slone; and her niece Phyllis Feltner of Jeff, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
