Judy Fields Obituary

Judy Fields born May 9, 1951 departed this life on Monday January 6, 2020 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 68 years old. Judy was born in Viper, Kentucky the daughter of the late Monroe Cody and the late Nancy Farler Cody. Other than her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her Brother, Willis Cody; Two Sisters, Merkie Childers and Cynthia Fields; Two Angel Grandchildren. Judy loved to camp and fish, and cooking for her family, but most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.

Judy Fields leaves the following relatives surviving: Husband, Raleigh Fields of Viper, KY; Son, Randal Fields & Angel of Viper; Two Daughters, Karen Sue Gumm & George of Owsley County and Lori Kristina Adams & Johnny of Yeaddiss, KY; Two Brothers, Charles Cody and Lester Cody both of Viper, KY; Two Sisters, Bertha Fields and Cassie Cody both of Viper, KY; Six Grandchildren, Jonathan, Hannah, Madison, Gabrielle, Kristin and Jacob; Two Great-Grandchildren, Elijah and Hunter Mullins.

Funeral Services for Judy Fields will be conducted on Friday January 10, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Right Fork Church of Christ at Viper, Kentucky with Billy Joe Lewis officiating. The Interment will follow in the Adams-Lewis Cemetery located at Viper, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the church on Thursday evening after 6:00 P.M.
