It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine H. Fields (Viper, Kentucky), who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Hall and Nell York Hall. She is survived by: her husband Sam Fields; her daughters, Teressa Campbell (Douglas) of Kingsport, TN, Tara Begley (Billy) of Viper, KY and Delores Combs (Alger) of Viper, KY; her siblings, Edith Adams of Viper, KY, Nina Caudill of Viper, KY, Herman Hall of Viper, KY, Felix Hall and Darsie Hall of Viper, KY; and her grandchildren, Christy, Audrey, Brittany, Daniel and Samuel. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and a host of family & friends.
