He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Caudill and Zell Caudill; and his siblings, Danny Dale Caudill and Rebecca Carolyn Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hamilton Caudill; his daughters, Shannon Caudill of Hazard, KY and Stephanie Caudill of Lexington, KY; and his grandchild Christian Caudill Williams.
