He is survived by: his wife Debra Callahan; his children, Paul Callahan (Tracy) of Hazard, KY, Misty Feltner (Joseph) of Georgetown, KY and Millicent Callahan (Gary Seals); his sister Maxine Callahan Shepherd of Viper, KY; and his grandchildren, Brandy Fuson (Ricky), Hannah Callahan (Matthew Campbell), Aiden Feltner, Ethan Feltner and Chasity Callahan.
