He is survived by: his wife Mary Church of Viper; his sons, Clayton Church (Libby) and Brian Church (Nikki Fields); his close friend Keith Brashear of Viper; his grandchildren, Scott Church, Lindsey, Jared Church and Amber Marlowe; his great grandchildren, Cabhan, Raylan, Chesley, Ariel, Bentley and Kobe; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by his Children, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
