He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Henry" Mullins and Virgie Mullins; and his sister Betty Ridenour. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Kenneth Jr. (Jennifer) of Vine Grove, KY, Travis (Cherie) of Guston, KY and Shannon Peoples (Bobby) of Boiling Springs, SC; his grandchildren, Jayla Abell (Brian), Emily Mullins Lotter (Richard), Cody Mullins, Nicholas Mullins and Malakai Peoples; his great grandchildren, Iris, Ellie and Edris; and his siblings, William "Bill" Mullins, Sam Mullins (Kathy), Jean Phelps and Lavenia Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
