He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lee Binns; his children, Harry Binns, Jr. of Vine Grove, KY and Kathleen Binns of Fort Knox, KY; and his siblings, Ronald Binns (Louise) of Oakwood Village, OH, Richard Binns (Suzanne) of Brownsville, PA and Wilda Ulery of La Belle, PA.. He is also survived by his family, his country, his neighbors, and his friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home - Radcliff (2072 S Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
