He is survived by: his sister Karen Faye Ocasio (Alex); his wife Eveline Higgs; his children, Karen Dayle of San Antonio, TX and Jeffrey Higgs (Angela) of Flaherty, KY; and his grandchildren, Jesse Horsley, Sarah Horsley, Hannah Higgs, Hunter Higgs, Ena Cooney and Elijah Cooney.
