He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Mabel Stice, Denver and Eunice Jones; his uncles, George Jones (Carolyn), Randal Jones (Betty) and W. D. Jones (Carolyn); and his mother-in-law Hazel White.

He is survived by: his wife Tiffany White Jones; his children, Chaz and Maya; his parents, Charles Jones and Debra Jones; his sister Allison Allgood (Chris); his father-in-law Louis White (Clare); his brother-in-law Chris White; his nieces, Griffin, Gentry, Abby and Izzy; his nephew Geiger; and his pet Millie.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a Scholarship fund for Austin's children are requested in care of The Cecilian Bank.
