He is survived by: his wife Judy Gallagher; his children, Kathleen Gallagher (James Buckley) and Andrew Gallagher (Steph Pippin); his siblings, Andrew C. Gallagher (Mary Ann), Michael C. Gallagher (Diane) and Mary Jo Kluemper (Ted); and his grandchildren, Madeleine Buckley and David Buckley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
