He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Stacy and Vernon Stacy; his children, Linda Stacy and Don Stacy; his grandchildren, Kristin Stacy and Morgan Bays; and his siblings, Faye Menninger (Stacy), Fannie Powell (Stacy), Golden Harvey (Stacy), Vernon Stacy Jr., Buster Stacy, James Stacy, Howard Stacy, Jeranda Stacy and Winford Stacy.

He is survived by: his wife Jan Rowlette Stacy; his children, Richard, Ron Stacy (Casie) of Ludlow and Pam Stacy Hartwell (James) of Butlerville, IN; and his siblings, Shirley Smaha (Stacy) and Tom Stacy (Becky) of Ludlow. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
