She was predeceased by: her father Paul D. Seibert, Sr.; and her siblings, Charlene Carroll and Charles R. "Chip" Seibert. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Seibert (Bruck); her husband Brian L. Chalfant; her daughters, Carley Edgington (Dominique Parks) and Ashley Edgington; her brother Paul David Seibert, Jr. (Chandra); her sister-in-law Niesje Seibert; and her grandchildren, Makiah, Camden and Easton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
