She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence K. and Ann Lee; her husband Thomas Joseph Case; her siblings, Bobby Bledsoe and Teddy Bledsoe; and also Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Case (Lynn), Michael Case (Theresa), Steven Case (Carrie), Anmarie Dean (Jim) and Michele Grant (Jeff); and her siblings, Sherman "Bud" Bledsoe, Phil Bledsoe, Ruby Kay Woods, Mary Ellen Simmons, Margaret Ann Bledsoe, Kim Wrobleski and Sonya Christian.
Memorial donations are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs, Kentucky.
