He is survived by: his child Jerry Thompson (Karen); his grandsons, Joshua Thompson and Christopher Thompson (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Ava Thompson, Noah and Nash Thompson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
