She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Goebel and Florence Goebel (Mohr); her husband Bill Carter; her stepmother Ida Mae Hollerbach Goebel; her stepsister Delores Becker; her brothers, Clarence Goebel Jr. and Alvin Goebel; and her stepbrothers, Marvin and Charlie Hollerbach.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Wolfe (Byron) of Villa Hills, KY; her sister Betty Humphrey of Oshkosh, WI; her stepsister Linda Kron of Evansville, IN; and her granddaughter Bethany Wolfe of Tarzana, CA..
