He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dowling and Elizabeth Dowling; his wife Patricia Lou Dowling; and his children, Gay Stottman, Beth Wynn and Scott Dowling.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ashley Stottman Reeves (Ryan), Kasi Epling Steward (William), Anabel Dowling, Olivia Dowling, RJ Wynn and Gabriel Dowling; his girlfriend Joyce Cliff; his brother Tommy Dowling; his sister-in-law Joyce Jump (late Gary); his children-in-law, BJ Dowling and Greg Stottman; his nephew Jeff Jump; and his great grandchildren, Gaven, Joclin, Adalyn, Eliana and Ivy. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
