It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Richards of Villa Hills, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Patty; and his children, Bonnie Meiman (Bill), Pam Taylor, Terri Cook and Chuck Richards (Patti).

Due to Covid restrictions, a gathering following the service will NOT take place.
