He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elias, Amalia, Kleoniki and Athanasios. He is survived by: his wife Aspasia Stathis; his children, Iraklis Stathis (Evanthia) and Kleoniki Galiatsatos (Vassilios); his grandsons, Evangelos Stathis, Dimitrios Stathis and Gabriel Galiatsatos; his sister-in-law Dimitra Stathis; and his nieces and nephews, Christos Kitsakis, Anastasios Kitsakis, Athena Stathis and Amalia Stathis. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
