He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnny Caudill and Shelia Fields. He is survived by: his wife Vallery Sumner Caudill; his daughters, Andrea Campbell of Dice, KY and Magan Hall of Viper, KY; his siblings, Mary Combs of Happy, KY, Sharon Roark of Olympia, KY, Sandy Caudill of Jeff, KY, Terril Caudill of Campton, KY, Alger Caudill of Winchester, KY, Bill Caudill of Kodak, KY and Jackie Caudill of Vicco, KY; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Hall, Khloe Hall and Gabby Campbell. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
