He is survived by: his wife Gladys Costello; his children, Debbie Costello (Rodney Nantz) of Vicco, KY, Donna Jent of Vicco, KY, Kathy Combs (Wendell Jordan) of Berea, KY and Harold Costello (Vera) of London, KY; and his siblings, Elbert Costello of Kodak, KY and Ellen Beverly of Kodak, KY.
