She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Williams and Mavis Sexton; her daughter Jessica Nicole Raleigh; her siblings, Johnny "Bub" Williams and Shirley Sumner; and her brother-in-law Winfred.

She is survived by: her husband Elmer Raleigh of Vicco; her sons, Joshua Ray Raleigh (Andrea) and Jason Wayne Raleigh (Ashley); and her siblings, Cecil Williams (Janice), Wayne Williams (Wilma), Alger "Doc" Williams of Kodak, Opal Feltner of Kodak and Peggy Sue Baker (Kenneth). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
