He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Stacy and Dixie Combs. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Stacy; his daughters, Barbara Coots (Roger) of Vicco, KY and Becky Stacy of Hyden, KY; and his grandchildren, Shawn Coots (Andrea), Brandon Coots, Lacey Miller (William), Stacy Messer (Danny) and Mark Anthony Smith.
