She is survived by: her children, Debbie Costello (Rodney Nantz) of Vicco, KY, Donna Jent of Vicco, KY, Kathy Combs (Wendell Jordan) of Berea, KY and Harold Costello (Vera) of London, KY; her siblings, Brenda Sumner of Vicco, KY, Clifford Sumner of Vicco, KY and Cooley Sumner (Kathleen) of Vicco, KY; her close friend Ricky Jent; and her grandchild Fourteen.
