She was predeceased by: her father Earl Combs; and her brother Earl Combs Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Helen Sexton Combs; her siblings, Katie Combs of Washington State, Phyllis Combs of Lexington, KY, Dorothy Combs Turner of Allock, Brenda Couch (Jimmy) of Vicco, Rhnea Taylor of Burlington, KY, Patricia Combs of Louisville, KY, Bart Combs (Debi) and Danny Combs (Sheila) of Vicco; her sister-in-law Mae Combs; and her pets, Velvet and Ruff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Kentucky Regional Animal Shelter.
