He is survived by: his wife Jill Couch of Vicco; his children, Ricky Couch of Vicco, Kaden Couch of Vicco, Joseph Couch of Vicco, Tabitha Hall, Jacob of McDowell, KY, Zachary Thomas and Jami of Morristown, TN; his parents, David Couch and Linda Couch of Sassafras, KY; his sisters, Judy Couch (Leo), Valerie Whitaker (Doyle) and Keisha Couch (Jesse); his grandchildren, Andrea Hall, Shelbi Thomas, Sheldon Thomas and Kenlee Thomas; his parents-in-law, Charlene Sumner of Vicco and Ricky Sumner of Vicco; his siblings-in-law, Julie Melton of Vicco, Josh Sumner of Vicco and Curtis Melton of Vicco; and his grandparents, Peggy, Shelby Martin of Happy, KY and Shafter Couch of Sassafras, KY.. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
