She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldene Cotton Bryant and Arthur Curtis Shouse; and her siblings, Jeffrey Shouse, Janice Bryant (David), Lisa Cole (Gary) and Joy Denise Thompson.

She is survived by: her husband Micheal D. Cummins; her children, Jeremy Wooldridge (Emily) and Jessica Lopez (Horacio); and her grandchildren, Hunter, Soledad, Diego, Esmeralda and Valentin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
