She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Jenkins and Betty Jenkins of Versailles, KY.. She is survived by: her son Chad Jenkins of Indianapolis, IN; her siblings, Jeanette Long of Danville, KY and Mark Jenkins (Debbie) of Las Vegas, NV; her niece Rebecca Long of Danville, KY; her nephew Cody Gongora of Georgetown, KY; and also Richard Jones. She is also survived by family and friends.
