He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Eaves, Jr. and Katherine Mullin Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Praria "Cookie" Eaves; his daughters, Kathy Mokris (Joe) and Kelley Eaves; his sister Mira Pickett; and his grandsons, Jake Mokris, Scott Mokris and Al Mokris.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
