He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Johnson and Rosie Dishon Johnson; his sons, Terry Lynn Johnson and Jerry Glynn Johnson; and his siblings, Harold Dean Johnson, Elmer Lloyd "Keno" Johnson, Orville Louis Johnson, Ernest Johnson, Lester Johnson, Stella May Beatty, Matrie Ruth Coffman and Vera Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Steffey (Dennis) of Versailles and Lisa Galvin (Patrick) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Hope Noe (Warren) of Versailles, John Michael Cruz of Lexington and Faith Steffey of Versailles; and his great grandchild Loyatte Noe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members and friends.
