He is survived by: his wife Norma Hurt White Flora; his daughter Lisa Tomlin (Ted Robinette); his stepsons, Roger White (Kim) and Ronald White (Cindy); his siblings, Joyce Moore, Hazel Redmon, Brenda Rudd, Peggy Wilson, Ronnie Flora, Curtis Flora and Kenneth Flora; his grandsons, Cory Tomlin and Andrew Tomlin; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron White, Kayla White, Ashley Atkins and Aliesha White; and his great grandchildren, Eli Hunt, Nova Victoria Tomlin, Ava Atkins and Kyra Tomlin.
