He is survived by: his wife Annie Newby; his children, Brad Newby (Johnna), Karen Tackett (Randy) and John Newby (Michelle); his stepchildren, Kathy Balckwell and Greg Weddle (Larissa) of Nashville, TN; his brother Oscar Dudley Newby (Wilma); his grandchildren, Derek, Dustin Newby, Jesse Patrick Devers, Victoria Tackett, Madison Tackett, Kelsey Bergquist, Jacob Newby, Dakota Hays, Dane, Cole Blackwell, Landon and Zackary Weddle; and his great grandchildren, Rylen Deaton, Dawson Taylor, Aiden Currier, Jayce Currier and Marshall Hines.
