She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna May and Robert J Harper; and her sister Dorothy Parnaby. She is survived by: her husband Ned; her children, Nathan Bower of College Park, FL and Nancy Bower Bowling (Dan) of Nicholasville, KY; her niece Barbara Kaminsky (Dave); and her pet Tillie.
