He is survived by: his wife Janet Lewis Wade; his sons, Richard Wade (Debbie), Brian Gus Wade (Melody), Zachary Wade (Paige) of Milan, IN and Scott Wade (Rhonda); his siblings, Tommy Wade (Pamela) and Patti Roberts (Owen); his grandchildren, Brooke Lavy (Josh), Taylor Wade, Jacob Wade, Cooper Wade, Max Wade, Carter Wade, Macey Wade, Bogan Wade and Ellie Wade; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Lavy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
