He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Wise and Margery Wise; his son Steven Wise; and his siblings, Helen Sharp, Caroline Brown, David Wise and Clinton Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Edith Manns (Joe), Margaret Couch (Danny), Karen Liddle (Tom), Phillip Wise (Norma), Faye Wooldridge (Scottie) and Patricia Wise; and his sister Mary Jo Hudson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to current government mandates those attending services must wear proper facial coverings, maintain social distancing guidelines, and adhere to facility capacity levels.
