He is survived by: his close friend Jackie Blaurock; his daughters, Casey Buchanan (Chris) and Ashley Penn; his stepchildren, Chris Carter (Danielle) and Jessica (Chris Hall); his brothers, Robert Penn (Kelly) and Steven Penn; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Jasmine Richmond, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Anthony Buchanan, Braxton, Aubree, Evan Carter and Addyson.
