She was predeceased by: her father Matt Wesley; her husband Alvis Stines; and her siblings, Joe Helmburg, James Helmburg, Louis Helmburg, Dewey Helmburg and Vicki Carter.

She is survived by: her brother Billy Helmburg of Somerset, KY.
