She is survived by: her children, Terri Vaughn Morford (Mark) of Versailles, KY and Charles "Chuck" Willis Vaughn (Debbie) of Independence, KY; her grandson Christopher "Chris" Vaughn Morford of Georgetown, KY; her children, Amy Treadway (Chase) of Tampa, FL, Harrison Willis "Will" Vaughn of Independence, KY and Caroline Elliott "Ellie" Vaughn of Independence, KY; her great grandchild Charlie Ann Treadway of Tampa, FL; her sister Ann Wells of Rochester, KY; and her brother-in-law Gene Hunt Vaughn (Evelyn) of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
