She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marcellus Bridgforth and Carolyn Thompson Bridgforth; and her sister Lucia Bridgforth Cox (Leonard William Cox). She is survived by: her significant other Daniel Max Rosenberg; her sisters, Evelyn Bridgforth Kemper (Charles Kirk Kemper) and Loy Bridgforth Rush (Jeffrey Stewart Rush); her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Bridgforth Cox, Kristen Grinstead Cox, Carrell Taylor Hernandez-Rush (Alex Hernandez), Dorothy Thompson Rush, Leonard Bridgforth (Bridge) and William Jefferson Rush; and her significant other's children, Agatha Spink Critchfield (Ryan Critchfield) and Elana Russell Rosenberg. She is also survived by her partner's four grandchildren and six great nieces and great nephews.
