She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Collins, Sr. and Kittie Frances Rice-Collins; her siblings, Robert Earl Collins, Jr., Rose Crumpton, Marcella Higgins and Connie Shepherd; and her nephew Thomas Stepp.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Lee Reed; her children, Lori Kay Reed of Versailles, Stephanie De'On Reed-Anderson of Lexington and Robert Ra-Mon Reed of Versailles; her siblings, Doug Smith (Sheila) of Louisville, Flora Stepp of Versailles and De'Anna Atkins of Versailles; her grandchildren, Austin Reed, JD Alexander, Isaac Reed, Kevin Anderson, Stephen Reed, Jabari Alexander, Maxwell Anderson, Mariya Reed, Sydney Koonce, Isaiah Knight and Robert Reed Jr.; her great grandchildren, Grayson Tracy and Mason Grubbs; and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Williams, Michelle Young (Emmanuel), Phillip Reed, Jr. and Homer Reed (Janet). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (233 S Main St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
