She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Lane and Loia Pennington Lane; her husband Arvil "Junior" Phelps; her daughter Joanna Phelps; her grandson Justin Lancaster; and her siblings, Donald Lane, Carl Lane, Phyllis Brown, Peggy Robertson, Kathy Friedman and Patsy Royer.
She is survived by: her sons, David Phelps (Mona) and Ricky Phelps (Mandi); her siblings, Danny Lane, Jimmy Lane, Doug Lane and Carol Lane; her grandchildren, Jake, Hollie, Marissa, David, Zach, Loehe and Tucker; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Devin; and her daughter Darlene Roberts (Steve).
