She was predeceased by: her husbands, Henry Graddy III and Bill Tonkin; her parents, Howard A. Churchill and Nora Vance Churchill; her son Joseph Graddy (Margaret); and her brother Howard Churchill.
She is survived by: her children, Hank Graddy (Lisa Todd), Lucy Smith (Johnny Mac) and Campbell Graddy (Nicky); her grandchildren, Garrett Graddy-Lovelace (Paul), Lucy Hart Graddy, Will Smith (Amanda), Jesse Smith, John Smith (Hope), Hawthorne Graddy (Sarah), Charlie Graddy, Ike Graddy (Lindsey) and Lee Graddy (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Noura Graddy-Lovelace, Sage Graddy-Lovelace, Hannah Smith, Gracie Smith, Cameron Smith, Mattie Smith, Kathleen Smith, Helen Smith, Campbell Smith, Maggie Graddy, Oliver Graddy, Henry Graddy, Emma Graddy, Daniel Graddy, Isaac Graddy, Eli Graddy, David Graddy and Piper Graddy.
The family has requested donations in lieu of flowers to Bluegrass Land Conservancy, Old Friends, or to Pisgah Presbyterian Church.
