He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth R. Evans; and his brothers, Dale Evans and Bobby Evans. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Vanover Evans; his wife Judy Ann Crowe Vanover; his sons, Kenneth Ray Vanover, Jr. of Versailles and Anthony Wayne Vanover of Versailles; his siblings, Doug Evans of Versailles, Donald Evans of Versailles, Tim Evans (Wendy) of Versailles, Cheda Evans (Lynn) of Versailles and Charlotte Gill of Versailles; his grandchildren, Jonathan Vanover, Joshua Vanover, Ethan Vanover, Logan Vanover, Landon Vanover, Evan Vanover, Lincoln Vanover, Jackson Ruckel and Anna Ruckel; his great grandchild Bronson Vanover; and his niece Regina Foley (Douglas). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
