She was predeceased by: her husband George Lay; her parents, Layton Foley and Mary Kirkland Foley; her daughter Teresa Kemp; and her siblings, Bertha "Red" Mason and Clearance Foley.
She is survived by: her children, George Lay (Barbara), Henry Lay (Rebecca), Deloris Robinson (Bobby), Brenda Dray (Baxter) and Bobbie Martin (Gary); and her siblings, Ann Lippert, Kathy Crowe, Lucy Miles, Russell Foley, Charlie Foley, James Foley, Jerry Foley, Otha Foley, Kenny Foley and Jake Foley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren.
