She was predeceased by: her father Bill Kincaid; and her brother Talmadge Kincaid. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Turner; her children, Dee Nuckols (Bobby), Felicia Pitasi (Tony), Rita Maple (Tim), Gregg Turner (Brandi) and J. T. Turner (Cara); her grandchildren, Amanda Maggard, Steven Olekas, Erik Matthews and Jonathan Britton (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Ada Wrenn Britton and John Woodford Maggard; and her brothers, Bill Kincaid (Debbie), Wayne Kincaid (Dixie) and Kenny Kincaid (Mary). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass and the Alzheimer's Association.
