He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Mullins and Hope D. Mullins (Cornett); and his siblings, Linda Connelly and Kenneth Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mullins (Gleason) of Versailles, KY; his children, Michele Miller (David) of Lexington, KY, Jordan Mullins of Ironton, OH and Hope Crabtree (Bobby) of Wurtland, KY.; his siblings, Gene Mullins (Debbie) of Raceland, KY, Ginni Blevins (Carol) of Greenup, KY and Earl Spears (Helen) of Greenup, KY.; his grandchildren, Lauren Congleton (Hughes), Josh Mullins (Kali Tindall), Jada Staton (Michael), Raegan Crabtree, Maya Mullins and Greyson Crabtree; and his great grandchild Margot Mullins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
