He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sullins and Ruth Ann Roberts Sullins; and his brothers, Lloyd Sullins, Jr. and Jim Sullins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Odum Sullins; his daughters, Susan Tracy (Chris) and Michelle Morris (Mike); his siblings, Peggy (Jim), Donna (Robert), Debbie (Tanya), Richard (Marilyn), Harvey Sullins (Pam) and Ralph (Sandy); his grandchildren, Madison, Emma Kate, Brooks Tracy, Joshua Morris, Megan Kelly and Amy Morris; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Reasoner, Beatrix Morris and Griffin Morris.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and Woodford County High School Athletics.
