He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Hendrix; and his parents, Jess Hendrix and Lola Barnett Hendrix. He is survived by: his children, Donna Adams (Joesy) and Jesse Hendrix (Olivia); his grandchildren, Justin Hendrix (Amelia), Destiny Hendrix (Maddie) and Emiley Adams; his great grandchildren, Mackenzley, Kaylee, Kylee, River, Violet, Willow, Sheyenne, Kada and Trey; and his siblings, Beulah White, Pearl Brooks (Buddy), Sue Bowman (Dorsey), Johnny Hendrix (Theresa) and Glenn Hendrix.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Revival Tabernacle Church in Lexington.
